How to connect
Your workspace has a private ingest address (Settings → Team integrations). Forward or CC notification emails to it — that's the whole setup.
Questions
What about spam or strangers?
Only emails from your workspace's own people publish; anything else waits in a review queue for an admin. Size caps and rate limits apply.
Is this HIPAA-appropriate?
WorkedOn never connects to patient-data systems, and you should not forward emails containing PHI — operational updates only (jobs done, invoices sent, schedules).
